Statement
At Andrews Construction it's about a personal commitment
to our craft. We are taking personal responsibility for the work we perform.
We are holding ourselves accountable for every decision we make and every
service we provide. Commitment, Integrity, and Value are our core principles

Commitment
Taking
the project from the budgeting phase, to on site management of the project, to
final closeout. We are building relationships thru great customer service and
outstanding customer attention.
Integrity
On negotiated projects there
is an "open book" policy. We share the entire estimate with the
owner. We show the owner subcontractor estimates and establish the budget. The
owner knows where every penny is being invested.
Value
The owner will not have to
budget for a project manager, superintendent, and sometimes a project engineer
on their particular project. There will be one person handling the project from
the estimate to the close-out. The owner is investing in a flat fee in lieu of
three salaries and a fee on top of the salaries. We have a "Lean and Mean"
philosophy which is passed on to the owner.
